Citron Santa Monica layered tunic done in a gorgeous scroll medallion velvet burnout. The base color is black while the burnout is a Mulberry with blue undertones and highlights.
The tank has an a-line cut and the round neck overlay has a split sleeve that starts just below mid bicep. If you are not fond of the split sleeve a simple stitch or two at the bottom of the sleeve can take care of that.
The tank is sewn in at the neckline only I would imagine a seamstress could remove the tank if you preferred to simply wear this as an overlay over a black garment you already own.
NOTES ON FIT
As mentioned: the tank is an a-line cut. The tank was measured lying flat but since the bust is darted you can add about an extra 2" to the bust measurements below. Should you decide to remove the tank we also have the measurements of the overlay below.
